Seriously, this book is timeless. It's a must-have for any Kindle. I have had a copy of this book around for many years, I have a printed copy also and I would not even consider any formal writing project without it by my side.

A very old grammar book but useful today, too

Writing, talking, even at times, thinking requires knowledge of grammar. Because I write short stories that mandate control of grammar because of their compactness (much like poetry), i'm always on the hunt for grammar books that tell me the same sort of thing in a different way or new things entirely--helps refresh my understanding. So, I decided to turn to a very fine writer who lived 3 centuries before me to learn more about his view of writing rules. This book is a treasure that i shall keep on my Kindle so long as i have it.
